Delivery & Shipping

  1. Order Placement:
    When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address provided at the time of placing the order. All the orders within Dubai & Sharjah will be delivered within 24 hours to 48 hours. However, the orders from any other Emirates will be delivered within 48 hours.
  2. Delivery Time & Charges:
    For GCC orders it will take 3-5 business days to deliver any order. Merely, it depends upon the availability of the product and the mentioned location for delivery. Any delivery within Dubai is free. However, we do not support deliveries with cash delivery for other emirates & outside the UAE. For Sharjah if you place the order for 400 Aed or above your delivery is free, otherwise, you’ll have to pay 20 Aed this is our basic delivery fee. And for other Emirates, if you place an order of 400 Aed or above it will be free, otherwise 35 Aed is our basic delivery fee.
  3. Delivery Partner:
    We use third-party services from Aramex & JLT for any orders outside of Dubai and any international orders. For any other orders within Dubai, we use our delivery services. Delivery charges are valid for the address provided while checking out at the time of placing any order and at the end the delivery charges will be calculated automatically.
    Our delivery partner will contact you on the day of delivery to attempt the delivery and to ensure that there is someone available to collect your parcel. If our delivery partner is unable to deliver you on the day, they will connect with you to get any alternative delivery dates. By the time you receive your delivery, you will have to sign a receipt.
  4. Product Availability
    Product(s) are subject to availability. If we run out of any product after your order has been placed our team will contact you via the contact number you have provided while placing the order and advise you of any alternative. We advise you to provide an active number. MedX pharmacy holds the right to cancel your order if the product is not available. However, you will be notified about it immediately, and our customer representative will get in touch with you.
  5. Redelivery:
    By the way, if your order has to be rescheduled, or it has to be picked up again or delivered to any other location it will be charged again. The delivery charges may vary as per your location and region. We advise you to always double-check the details you provide.
  6. Contact Details:
    We use the details that you provide while placing the order which include your Name, Address, and Contact number. Your contact number will be used by us if we need to contact you or it will be used by our delivery partners to ensure a smooth delivery process.
