      Return Policy

      You are eligible for returning the products if you’re not happy with the products, or if there is any problem with the product you can opt for returning the product(s) within 5 days after receiving your order.       Note: In any way if the package or items such as touchable, and sealed items are opened by you or used by you or come in contact with your skin it is non-refundable and there is no return or exchange applicable on it.
      1. Conditions for return:
        For filing any return, it must fulfill the following criteria.
        • The item(s) you have ordered is not correct if by chance you have received any item that is not ordered by you.
        • The return can be filled only if the item(s) are not opened, the seal is intact, and the packaging and product are original and sent by us. Please Note that, if any product(s)/ item(s) are opened and used by you we will not accept it and it is not eligible for return.
        • For any electronic item you must keep the packaging and if it comes under any warranty, it will be returned. If a similar item is out of stock, you will be given store credits.
        • Any cosmetics product(s) does not come under the return policy.
      2. Inspection:
        Once you file the complaint for return our team will inspect the product(s) and if the issue registered by you persists, we will return it and a new product will be sent to you. But if the same product is out of stock, we will give you store credit or suggest any other product with the same use.
      3. Raise a Complaint:
        The customer needs to file a complaint against the product by contacting our customer services. You can get in touch with us at 800-700-500 or you can also e-mail us at [email protected].
        • Our team will investigate if the issue is sincere and if you are eligible for this return or not.
        • Customers will have to pay for the pick-up delivery charges.
        • If you’re eligible for the return after our team is done with the inspection of the item(s) you will be notified by our team.
        • The orders in any other Emirates, and for any international orders you will have to send the item back at your own expense to our warehouse and pay for it.
        • You can easily reschedule the pick-up without any additional charges but if the pick-up request is changed or denied by you on the 2nd attempt the ticket for your refund will be closed automatically.
        • For any item(s) such as cosmetics, protein powders, or supplements, if the item is opened from the inside, we will not accept it in return. However, in any way, if the product(s) is damaged, or expired from our side we will inspect it and send you the new product(s)
