After adding your phone number, you will receive an OTP on your registered phone number. This will help you to log in at any time and check your order and the status of your orders.

      • How long does it take to receive my order?

        We understand your needs and for that, we make sure that all the orders from Dubai & Sharjah are delivered within 24 hours to 48 hours. Orders for all the other Emirates like Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah & Umm Al Quwain will be shipped within 48 hours. All international orders may take 3-5 working days.

      • How can I cancel my order?

      • How do I pay for MedX Pharmacy purchases?

        There are no hidden charges for any order. All prices are listed on the website. However, 5% VAT on all taxable items is mandatory by the Government of the U.A.E. You may use your credit/debit card, cash on delivery, or internet banking to place your order.

      • Is there any sales tax?

        We go by the Law implemented by the Government of UAE. As per the instructions, we charge 5% VAT on all taxable items.

      • What are the delivery charges?

        Any delivery within Dubai is free. For Sharjah, if you place an order of 400 Aed or above, your delivery is free, otherwise, you'll have to pay 20 Aed. For other Emirates, orders of 400 Aed or above are free, otherwise, a 35 Aed shipping fee applies.

      • Are your online payment methods safe?

        Yes, our online payment methods are safe and easy to use. We don’t keep your data or information. Only third-party payment providers (banks) use the information, which is always encrypted end-to-end.

        No items will be replaced, returned, or refunded if they have been used. Ensure that all packaging, tags, and seals are intact and uncontaminated by direct skin use.
