  1. Acceptance of Terms:
    Please read these terms & conditions carefully before browsing the website of MedX Pharmacy, mobile site, and this also includes our mobile application. Your browsing/use of www.medxpharmacy.com confirms your acceptance of our terms & conditions.
  2. Product Information & Usage:
    MedX Pharmacy makes all the efforts to display the product information with maximum accuracy. All the information related to the listed products on our website is published with a keen eye. We may change the information/description of the product from time to time if needed. Please, read the product information & description before placing the order and always consult with your doctor before purchasing any product. In case you need any clarity about any product our expert pharmacists are there to help you. In case of any side effect from any product, MedX Pharmacy is not responsible as we are not participating in the product's composition. By placing an order on our website or in any retail purchase you agree to the terms & conditions of MedX Pharmacy and responsibly use all the products.
  3. Product Description:
    The product description is sourced from the manufacturer or supplier. It may be possible that the product description is not clear or not giving complete information on certain areas. In any event where you feel uncertainty you may contact our customer care or talk to our pharmacies.
  4. Order Limitation:
    It is your responsibility to obey all the local laws and not misuse any product, or product information. By using our website or placing the order through our website you are agreeing to the terms & conditions. We reserve the right, that without any prior notice, we can limit the selling of any product or service. We also need confirmation from the customer before shipping the order.
  5. Delivery & Shipping:
    When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address provided at the time of placing the order. All the orders within Dubai & Sharjah will be delivered within 24 hours. However, the orders from any other Emirates will be delivered within 48 hours. For international orders like KSA, Oman, and Kuwait it will take 3-5 business days to deliver any order. Merely, it depends upon the availability of the product and the mentioned location for delivery. Any delivery within Dubai is free. However, we do not support deliveries with cash delivery for other emirates & outside the UAE. For Sharjah if you place the order for 400 Aed or above your delivery is free, otherwise, you’ll have to pay 20 Aed this is our basic delivery fee. And for other Emirates, if you place an order of 400 Aed or above it will be free, otherwise 35 Aed is our basic delivery fee.
  6. Conditions for Warranty Refund:
    • Our customer can refund the purchased product(s) within 3-5 days from the date of receiving the order.
    • If the item is physically damaged or missing from your order then you the customer need to file the claim immediately at the time of delivery.
    • The amount of refund will only cover the amount of your purchased item(s).
    • The charges for shipping & payment processing charges are non-refundable in any case. Our customer can refund the purchased product(s) within 3-5 days from the date of receiving the order.
    • If the item(s) are part of any voucher, promotion, or coupon it will not be refunded until there’s a rare case e.g., if there is any manufacturing defect.

    • If the payment for the product(s) was made online the refund will be made online. However, in the case of cash, we will be sending a voucher/ store credit against the amount.
    • No refund will be provided if the purchased item(s) is not intact, the packaging is missing, or if you have opened the seal or tag or used it.
  7. Inspection:
    After receiving the item(s) for refund or return we always check the package and item(s). If the item(s) are in perfect condition and have the issue registered by you, it is eligible for a refund. But if the item is faulty and being opened or used it is not acceptable for a refund.
  8. Raise a Complaint:
    The customer needs to file a complaint against the product by contacting our customer services. You can get in touch with us at 800-700-500 or you can also e-mail us at [email protected].
    • Our team will investigate if the issue is sincere and if you are eligible for this refund or not.
    • Customers will have to pay for the pick-up delivery charges.
    • If you’re eligible for the refund after our team is done with the inspection of the item(s) you will be notified by our team for a refund.
    • he orders in any other Emirates, and for any international orders you will have to send the item back at your own expense to our warehouse and pay for it.
    • You can easily reschedule the pick-up without any additional charges but if the pick-up request is changed or denied by you on the 2nd attempt the ticket for your refund will be closed automatically.
  9. Refundable:
      Your item(s) is only eligible only if it matches the following conditions:
    • All the items should have their original seal.
    • No item(s) should be in used condition and it should not show that it is being used by you.
    • The item(s) should have all the original packaging that they were sent in.
    • If the product(s) are damaged/or the product(s) part are missing we will not consider it for refund and return.
    • If any item(s) are missing from your order you have to claim the refund or file the complaint immediately after receiving it.
